Hi, I'm Rosalind Michelle, your new career empowerment coach.

For almost 20 years, I've helped unsatisfied employees tap into their unique strengths and values to either pursue a new career or reframe their current career journey. I thoroughly enjoy watching individuals who once felt stuck and frustrated embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth to create a career path that brings them joy and fulfillment. In various leadership positions, I would build relationships with employees, and I learned that many employees were unsatisfied with their careers. I also learned that a high percentage of them were not doing anything about it.

I believe that life is far too short to spend almost 1/3 of it contributing your time and energy to something that is unfulfilling. I've been there before...stuck and not sure how to get out. I finally figured it out, and I enjoy helping others achieve their career goals. I decided that every person who wishes to take control of their career path and create a new vision needs the right support, resources, and guidance to help them gain clarity and take action toward a more fulfilling career.I help individuals identify their unique strengths and values, define their career goals, and develop a plan to achieve them. We work together to overcome any obstacles and self-limiting beliefs that may be holding them back from pursuing their dream career.

Sure, I'm a career coach, but there's more to me than just that. I'm a yogi, a social butterfly, and the proud G-ma of the cutest little grandcrew that you’ve ever seen. I've lived the hustle of corporate life and understand the struggles of juggling work, family, and personal time. Career coaching isn't just a job for me, it's a calling which I found after a lot of soul-searching. My own journey has been filled with ups and downs, triumphs and disappointments, and it's this personal experience that I bring to my coaching. I think it's important to know that I'm not just guiding you from a textbook, but from a place of real understanding, empathy and shared experience.
